How long does it take to ramp a team?
From contract to first meetings booked is typically 4–6 weeks. Because our apprenticeship hubs run continuously, we're rarely recruiting from scratch for your account.
Do you work with companies outside the UK and US?
Yes. Our Nairobi time zone overlaps fully with EU and covers US East-Coast mornings. We currently support clients in the UK, Denmark, and the US.
What's the minimum engagement size?
Typically 2–3 dedicated SDRs for at least 6 months, plus sales-ops and tooling support. We're selective — we don't take engagements we don't think we can excel at.
Why is there no pricing on your site?
Because every team is scoped to your ICP complexity, target volume, channel mix, and infrastructure needs. We promise transparency in every proposal — no hidden fees, no lock-in tricks.
Are SDRs working from Kenya a compliance issue for our GDPR/SOC2 posture?
No, when structured properly. We work inside your tooling with your data-handling rules and can sign DPAs. Full compliance documentation is available on request.
Is this charity pricing? It sounds too good to be true.
No. We're a commercial social enterprise. Our pricing reflects real costs + a fair margin that funds apprenticeship expansion. You're buying a high-quality service that also creates dignified jobs — not donating.
How do you use AI?
