About

A social enterprise building the SDR talent market others don't reach.

Resilient People was founded in 2023 on one premise: high-potential sales talent exists inside displaced and host communities, and can deliver the commercial quality elite B2B clients expect. We designed the apprenticeship, training, and deployment infrastructure to prove it.

Our story

From a hypothesis to a working model.

In 2023, founder Riccardo launched Resilient People to test whether the conventional definition of "qualified SDR candidate" was too narrow. The market for SDR talent in London, New York, and San Francisco was expensive, competitive, and homogeneous. Meanwhile, millions of high-potential people in displaced communities had no pathway into global commercial work.

We built the pathway: a standardised apprenticeship that selects for aptitude, trains with rigour, and deploys teams that ramp fast against real B2B pipelines. We operate as a social enterprise — commercially sustainable, mission-led, transparent.

Three years in, we've trained 100+ SDRs, built operations in Nairobi and Turkana, and generated measurable pipeline for clients including Neurons, Viio, and Dixa.

Mission

"To empower resilient people through compassionate business discipline, creating dignified digital work that transforms lives."

Our 2034 vision: to enrich and dignify the lives of 1 million displaced and host-community members.

What guides us

Five values. Every decision.

From the brandbook — the principles we use when the right path isn't obvious.

Empowerment

We believe in unlocking the potential of refugees through skills training and community support.

Impact

Our goal is to create dignified, fair, rewarding, and sustainable jobs that make a significant social impact.

Excellence

We strive for the highest level of excellence in everything we do, from training to job placement and support.

Responsibility

We are committed to responsible business practices that ensure social impact and efficiency in every engagement.

Innovation

We embrace new technologies and innovative approaches — AI included — to drive positive change and growth.

Radical Inclusion

People are never numbers or resources. Ownership is the highest form of partnership. We actively involve more people in wealth creation.

Go-To-Market Engineering

We're part SDR agency, part product company.

Unlike every other SDR agency in the category, Resilient People runs a dedicated Go-To-Market Engineering department. Our GTMEs build the platform our SDRs work inside — Resilient Outreach — plus the AI agents, enrichment pipelines, and scoring models that power every account we take.

We pair every GTM engineer with Claude (Anthropic's flagship AI model) as a coding partner. That lets us ship at the pace of a VC-funded SaaS company — with a team a fraction of the size. It's why apprentice SDRs on our accounts operate with more leverage than senior reps at agencies three times our budget.

What GTME ships

  • Resilient Outreach platform — our in-house orchestration engine
  • Enrichment pipelines (Apollo + FullEnrich + web + HubSpot)
  • Signal detection agents running across news, hiring, funding, intent
  • Client-specific scoring models, re-trained monthly
  • Reply co-pilots that draft in your SDR's voice
  • Deliverability automation (mailbox warming, domain rotation, spam scoring)
  • Custom apprentice-assessment and quality-control systems
