Resilient People is a social enterprise built on a simple hypothesis: high-potential sales talent exists inside displaced and host communities — and can deliver real commercial value at a level expected by elite B2B clients. Three years in, both halves of that hypothesis have proven true.
Resilient People was founded in 2023 on one belief: that the conventional labour market for SDR talent is too narrow, and the conventional definition of "qualified candidate" ignores millions of high-potential people worldwide.
We set out to test two things: (1) that you can reliably identify and train commercial-ready sales talent from displaced and host communities in low-income countries, and (2) that this talent can deliver the same quality and consistency expected by elite B2B buyers.
Both have proven true. Three years in, the model is producing measurable pipeline for real clients and measurable income for real people.
Every apprentice comes through one of our three Kenyan training hubs, staffed by resident sales coaches. Commercial leadership is based in Denmark and the UK, close to clients.
